RUN FOR FUN, RUN FOR HEALTH
The original Portland Track Club formed back in the 1960's had members who were mainly college graduates that wanted to stay active in the sport. As the members got older, a natural progression followed in the 1970's with the club becoming the Portland Masters Track Club, which is the oldest Masters club in the USA. Since then, the club has grown in numbers and is still very active in meets throughout the US. We are always looking for/encouraging new members. Our annual Track & Field Meet is also one of the oldest Masters meets in the USA. Remember, you're never too old to compete.
We hold a weekly workout, Sundays from 9:30am to 11am. The location varies so email pdxtrackpresident@gmail.com to confirm. All are welcome (runners, jumpers, and throwers) and encouraged to join us. We work with all levels of athletes, so don't be afraid to come out and have some fun, get some exercise, and best of all, meet new people. We look forward to seeing you out on the track.
